Spring Rolls With Bacon

  • Ingredients for the wraps:
  • Fresh Lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into strips, without pulp
  • 12 strips of bacon/bacon
  • Fresh herbs, chopped
  • Rice paper
  • Ingredients for the soy sesame sauce:
  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 100 ml cold water
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • Mix in 2 tsp sesame oil and dip


1. Fry the bacon.

2. Soak rice paper in hot water for about 10 to 30 seconds.

3. Spread out the rice paper and top with whatever filling you like.

4. Wrap the wraps as tightly as possible around the filling.

Chili Con Carne With Peppers

  • 200 g mixed minced meat
  • 200 grams of peppers
  • 100g kidney beans
  • 200 grams of tomato
  • 80 grams of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 300 ml beef broth
  • 200g of tomato passata
  • Paprika powder
  • Chili flakes to taste
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tsp crème légère or sour cream


1. Firstly, chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan with olive oil. Add the minced meat and sauté.

2. Clean the peppers, chilies and tomatoes, cut into small pieces and add to the minced meat with the kidney beans.

3. Add the broth and the crushed tomatoes to the pan as well. Season everything with salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika powder and simmer for 20 minutes. Taste again

4. After 20 minutes, garnish with 2 teaspoons of crème légère and serve.

Mini eggplant pizza

  • 1 eggplant
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g ground beef
  • 400 g tomato pieces
  • 10 grams of basil
  • Pepper
  • 100g feta


1. Remove the ends of the eggplant, wash and cut into slices. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the eggplant slices on it. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 220 °C (convection oven 200 °C).

2. Put the remaining oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.

3. Wash and drain the basil. Finely chop part of it and add to the sauce. Season these with salt and pepper. Spread the finished sauce over the cooked eggplant slices. Crumble the feta and put it on the slices as well. Place back in the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese has completely melted. Serve and garnish with a few basil leaves.

Keto Cheeseburger With Egg & Bacon

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 25 g mozzarella (cut into small cubes)
  • 50g cheddar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


1. Season the minced meat and form balls, putting a cube of mozzarella in the middle

2. Heat 1/2 tablespoon butter in a pan until liquid

3. Place the burger patties in a pan and cook through.

4. In a second pan, fry the bacon until crispy, remove from the pan and set aside.

5. Fry the bacon fried eggs in the pan.

6. While the fried eggs are cooking, you can put the bacon on the well-done burger meat.

7. Place the cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.

8. Remove from the pan and arrange on a plate.

9. Finally, place the fried egg on top. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

10. Your keto cheeseburger is ready.

Colorful vegetable pan

  • 160 grams of beans
  • 160 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams of peppers
  • 160 g carrot
  • 80 grams of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sticks of spring onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp butter
  • Salt pepper


1. Clean the beans, cut off both ends and simmer for 5 minutes – then drain.

2. Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes, spring onions and peppers. Halve the tomatoes, chop the spring onions and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel and slice the carrot, finely chop the onion and garlic.

3. Onions and garlic are briefly sautéed in a pan with butter and olive oil. Then add the carrots and peppers and sauté for 5 minutes. Then add the drained beans, spring onions and tomatoes and sauté for 2 – 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add fresh herbs if you like.
