Egg avocado wrapped in bacon

Ingredients:
- 330 grams of avocados
- 50 g egg
- 100 g bacon in strips
- 20 grams of coconut oil
Preparation:
1. Hard boil the egg.
2. Cut the avocado in half then remove the stone.To separate the flesh from the skin you can use a spoon. If necessary, scrape out a little more avocado from the core area so that the boiled egg fits in.
3. Lay out the strips of bacon on a board so that the avocado can be easily wrapped in it.
4. Place the egg in the avocado and seal the two halves tightly.
5. Place the stuffed avocado on the bottom of the bacon strips and roll up in it. Press well.
6. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the avocado well on all sides.
7. When the bacon is crispy all over, remove from the pan. Enjoy your meal.
Mini cheese frittata

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 6-8 eggs
- 50g Parmesan
- 200 grams of zucchini
- 80g feta
- 2 tbsp black olives
- 30 g tomatoes, dried
- 50 g baby spinach
- 10 grams of basil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Grease the muffin cases with a little oil. Finely grate the Parmesan with the kitchen slicer and add to the eggs. Mix well. Cut off the ends of the zucchini, wash and cut into small cubes. Also cut the feta into cubes. Roughly chop the olives and tomatoes with a knife. Wash and drain the spinach and basil. Chop both finely.
2. Mix all the remaining ingredients into the egg and Parmesan mixture and season with salt and pepper.
3. Pour the mixed ingredients into the greased muffin cases and place in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan oven) for about 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Remove the finished frittatas from the mold and serve.
Omelette Roll With Ham

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 eggs
- 50ml milk
- 1 tsp oil
- 30 grams of grated cheese
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Whisk the eggs with the milk then season.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture and leave to set. Then turn.
3. Put the grated cheese on the egg mixture and let it melt slightly. Spread the ham on it.
4. Gently roll up the omelet and serve.
Healthy pancakes

Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 60 ml whipped cream
- 3 tsp stevia (other sugar substitute)
- 60 g coconut flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Coconut oil or peanut oil for frying
Preparation:
1. Separate the egg yolk from the egg (provide the egg white separately) and place in a large mixing bowl with the sugar substitute, salt and whipping cream and beat vigorously until a creamy mixture is formed.
2. Now add the flour and baking powder.
3. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the batter.
4. Heat the peanut oil or coconut oil in the pan and then fry small pancakes in it.
5. Serve the finished pancake with berries or some maple syrup.
Chocolate – hazelnut – spread

Ingredients:
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 20 grams of coconut oil
- 10g unsalted butter
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Briefly toast the hazelnuts in a dry, hot pan until they turn golden.
Caution: the nuts can burn easily
- Place the nuts in a blender or food processor with all the other ingredients. Mix to desired consistency.
Bacon muffin

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 4 eggs, boiled
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 12 bacon strips
- additional required: muffin tin
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (circulating air), lightly oiling the tray beforehand.
2. Take two strips of bacon, cut them in half and place each in a mold to form a nest.
3. Do the same with the remaining bacon strips, then pre-bake these strips in the oven for 20 minutes.
4. Peel the eggs.
5. In the meantime, halve the avocado, stone it and remove the flesh from the skin.
6. Put this in a blender with the eggs and spices to puree.
7. Carefully remove the bacon nests and fill them with the cream to serve.
