Keto breakfast bacon pepper rings

Ingredients:

  • 160 grams of peppers
  • 200 g breakfast bacon

Preparation:

1. First, preheat the oven to 180°C

2. Wash the peppers and cut into rings, removing the seeds and white walls.

3. Wrap the bacon around the pepper rings, covering them completely.

4. Place on a baking sheet and let cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • 1 bell pepper, yellow
  • 200 g bacon strips

Preparation:

1. Switch the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.

2. Wash the peppers and remove the stalk.

3. Remove the seeds and cut the peppers into rings, wrap them in the bacon and place on the baking paper.

4. Place the peppers in the oven for 15 minutes, allowing to cool slightly before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 60 g coconut flour
  • 30 g psyllium husks
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 20 g erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml boiling water

Preparation:

1. Firstly, preheat the oven to 160° for a fan oven.

2. Mix all dry ingredients together with a spoon or in a food processor

3. While stirring, slowly pour in the boiling water. Then let the dough rest for a minute.

4. Then gradually add the eggs

5. Form 8 small buns with your hands and place on a baking sheet.

6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Ketogenic Bread

  • 500 g ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 90 ml melted butter
  • 125 ml water

Preparation:

3. Bake at 175 degrees for about 55 minutes.

  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g quark (40% fat)
  • 15 g protein powder
  • 1 tsp xylitol
  • 25 grams of butter
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil

Preparation:

1. Melt the butter and set aside for a moment.

2. Mix the oil, quark and eggs and add the slightly cooled butter. Add the egg white powder and mix to form a smooth batter.

3. Heat up a waffle iron, oil it lightly and make a waffle.

  • Grated cheese
  • Spices

Preparation:

1. Soak the seeds in the water. Then mix with psyllium husks, grated cheese and spices as desired and spread the amount on a baking sheet.

2. Bake at about 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.

3. Then pre-cut the crispbread into the desired shape and bake for another 5 minutes.

Scrambled Eggs With Halloumi

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 75g halloumi
  • 80g bacon
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100g olives (pitted)
  • Fresh chives (1/4 bunch)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt pepper

Preparation:

1. Cut the halloumi into small pieces.

2. Now wash the chives and spring onions and then cut them into fine rings.

3. Then cut the bacon into small pieces as well.

4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the halloumi, bacon and spring onions for about 5 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the chives, salt and pepper.

6. Then cut the olives in half.

7. Now add the egg and the olives to the pan and mix well. Fry for another 5 minutes and then serve.
