7 Simple Breakfast Recipes

Breakfast quiche

Portion: 2

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 15 g almond flour
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 40ml of water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 18 g flaxseed meal
  • 5 g coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 50 g basil, chopped
  • 200 grams of ricotta
  • 40g parmesan, grated
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 2 eggs

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, salt, pepper, flaxseed flour, coconut flour, chia seeds and 40ml water. Work into a dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C circulating air.

3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and spread it out. Pull the dough up slightly at the edge.

4. Take the basil, ricotta, parmesan, eggs, spring onion, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and pepper and mix together until creamy.

5. Spread this cream on the dough and cook everything in the oven for 30 minutes.

Spicy Keto Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 80 grams of cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium husk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 30g cheddar
  • 1 jalapeno
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl

2. Mix with a hand blender until the mass has become an even, fine waffle batter.

3. Turn on the waffle maker. Once the waffle iron is hot enough, pour in the waffle batter and bake waffles one at a time.

Pizza waffles

Portion: 5

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Flav Drops white chocolate
  • Maybe a little vanilla as a topping
  • Spray fat, for greasing the muffin tins

Preparation:

1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Then add the coconut flour, chia seeds, flav drops, baking powder and coconut milk. Add a little vanilla to taste. Mix everything with the hand mixer until a creamy mass is formed. If the batter remains too thick, add a dash of coconut milk or almond milk.

2. Divide the batter unevenly among the muffin mugs. Sprinkle a little of the vanilla on top and put in the oven at 180 °C for 20 to 25 minutes.

Almond mash

Portion: 1

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 60 g ground almonds
  • 50ml of water
  • 50 ml whole milk
  • 10 g erythritol
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Preparation:

1. Place all the ingredients except the almond butter in a small saucepan and mix.

2. Bring to the boil over medium-high heat, stirring until the mixture becomes a paste.

3. Let it simmer. If the mixture burns, add some water.

4. Place in a bowl and garnish with almond butter.

French toast with bacon

Portion: 1

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 low-carb roll
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • A handful of raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free maple syrup

Preparation:

1. Cut low-carb buns into slices. Beat the egg and mix with sweetener, salt and cinnamon.

2. Place the bun slices in the egg mixture and leave to soak overnight. If you don’t have that much time, you can soak the roll slices in the egg mixture for just 10 minutes.

3. Fry bacon in a pan. Then put the bread roll slices in the pan and fry them on both sides in the fat of the bacon.

4. Place the bun slices on a plate and garnish with the bacon, maple syrup and the raspberries.

Mediterranean egg

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of tomato passata
  • 5 black olives
  • 4 drops of Tabasco
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ garlic clove
  • 1 tsp capers

Preparation:

1. Finely slice the garlic clove and sauté in a pan with oil.

2. Halve the olives and add them to the pan with the garlic along with the tomatoes and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Then season with spices, capers and Tabasco.

3. Beat in the eggs and let stand covered for 5 minutes.

Bullet coffee

Portion: 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500ml of coffee
  • 2 tbsp MCT OIL
  • 1 tsp flaxseed flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 4 drops Flavordrops Mocha
  • 2 tbsp pasture butter

Preparation:

1. Use a stand mixer. Rinse this first with hot water so that the coffee does not get cold.

2. Then add all the ingredients and mix them.

3. Fill the coffee into two cups and enjoy it warm or cold.
