1. In a bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, salt, pepper, flaxseed flour, coconut flour, chia seeds and 40ml water. Work into a dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C circulating air.
3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and spread it out. Pull the dough up slightly at the edge.
4. Take the basil, ricotta, parmesan, eggs, spring onion, garlic, lemon juice, and salt and pepper and mix together until creamy.
5. Spread this cream on the dough and cook everything in the oven for 30 minutes.

3. Fry bacon in a pan. Then put the bread roll slices in the pan and fry them on both sides in the fat of the bacon.
4. Place the bun slices on a plate and garnish with the bacon, maple syrup and the raspberries.
